Update to the programming of the VA Report and Certification of Loan Disbursement (261820.VA) to automatically check the "Automatic Procedure" box at the top if the loan type is an IRRRL (Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan). 

Multistate Consumer Credit Score Disclosure (USCCS.DSC) added programming to allow for PLAN.FEATURE “SignatureDateIndicator” to include a signature and date to be added on page 1 for customers who choose to utilize this plan feature. 

Update to the programming of the Massachusetts State Build to remove the Massachusetts License Disclosure (MALD.MSC) from MA Plan Build. 

Ohio updates the threshold for its prohibition against prepayment penalties each year according to increases in the CPI. The threshold increased from $112,957 in 2025 to $116,356 in 2026. 

Points and Fees dollar trigger for high-cost mortgages in 2026 will increase from $1,348 to $1,380.

The total loan amount threshold used to determine whether a loan is subject to the “total points and fees” provision of HOEPA, or Section 32 will increase from $26,968 for 2025 to $27,592 for 2026.

Updated the Vermont High-Rate High Point Disclosure form (VTHRHP.DSC) with the new Declared Rate of 7.75%. The change is effective beginning January 1, 2026.

Iowa Year End Threshold Adjustment updated the form selection logic with the 2026 threshold in forms FTC.MSC and IANTCS.MSC and for state specific language on USSEC.NOT Iowa Notice to Consumer, triggered by a loan amount threshold set in the programming. Effective January 1, 2026, the threshold will be increased to $73,400. These forms will print when date is greater than or equal to “01/01/2026” and loan amount is LESS THAN $73,400. 

Each year the Illinois Points and Fees are updated to reflect the adjustments made under the Dodd-Frank Act. These changes are effective Jan 1 2026. The Loan Amount threshold will increase from $26,968 to $27,592. The Points and Fees threshold will increase from $1,348 from $1,380.

Updated the Pennsylvania base figure audit to the 2026 adjusted figure from $319,777 to $329,411. Loans less than or equal to $329,411 may not have a prepayment penalty. 

Updated the exemption threshold from $33,500 (2025) to $34,200 (2026) used with form DRRCA.MSC. This is an annual adjustment effective January 1, 2026. Loan amounts equal to or less than threshold are exempt.
