Update to the programming of the Arizona Advanced Fee Agreement (AZAD.MSC) to ensure the document is selected for brokers on loan amounts of $200,000 or less.  

Update to the programming of the Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA.MSC) on the top of page 1 in the “Lender Loan No/Universal Loan Identifier” to accommodate unusually loan alpha numeric combinations. 

Updating trust riders to automatically include the trust established date with the trust name when using party/role data with discrete data points about your trust entity.  This resolves a need for the user to include the date with the name when using this data set.   Note - users of our legacy data model for trust entities would still need to include the date with the trust name.    

Update to the programming of the Kentucky Letter of Commitment (KYLC.MSC) to update the internal data point for lien position on page 1. 

Update to the programming of the Inter Vivos Revocable Trust (IVRT2.LSR, IVRTR2.RDR) to pull the discrete field Trust Date and add it to the discrete trust name to together make the full trust name (with date) on page 1. 

Update to the programming of the Maryland and Virginia Assumption Disclosures (MDAD2.MSC & VAAD.MSC) to remove owner occupancy logic from the state build. 

Cross Collateral Addendum to the Note (CCATN.MSC) new addendum to the note when there are more than 2 addresses being used for collateral on a single loan. 

Update the rule to allow Kentucky, Maryland, Virginia, Wisconsin, and West Virginia to be able to print the Generic Loan Commitment (GLC.MSC). 

Update to the programming of California Notice to Cosigner, Appliance Statement, Notice to Borrower - Gnma Pool (CANTC.MSC, AS.MSC, SFGN2B.LSR) to remove small markings and improve the view of the signature section when eSigning.

Update to the programming of the Settlement Statement (HUD-1) (HUD1.MSC) to include POC amounts from the 900 Section, Prepaid Items.
