Update to the programming of the Halcyon Consent Form Business (HCF8821B.MSC) to add Form.Data options to fill out the entire form. This form was also updated to use data that is passed, EXCEPT for where it has already been hardcoded on the template or input in Form.Data. In addition, an alternate reference logic was added to enable the correct business name to go with the correct form and borrower. 

Update to the programming of the Payment Letter to Borrower (PAYMENT.LSR) to update the Form Feature of the optional Investor Phone Number field so that it can be populated with either the Loan Servicer's Phone Number, a user-defined custom phone number, or left blank since it is not a mandatory field.  

Update to the program of the Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA.MSC) to create a Form.Data option to add URLALLI.MSC to URLA.MSC as a form addendum, option for for “Discount Points” section to include all discount points,  URLA “Demographic Information was provided through” Form.Data options, and options to complete page 2 of URLALLI.MSC (when attached to URLA.MSC), L4. Line E (Credit Cards and Other Debts Paid Off) from Total Non-Subject Property Payoffs in worksheet data instead of current input options. 

Update to the programming of the Missouri Application Disclosure (MOAD.MSC) to format the dollar amount fields as dollar amounts in the Terms and Conditions of Refundability column on the form. Currently they only display one decimal place.

Federal Regulation O Addendum (FROA2.MSC)updated to remove hardcoded signature line and update to dynamic signatures for each borrower to sign. 

Update to the programming of the VA Loan Summary (260286.VA) in fields #54 “Spouse Income Considered” and #55 “Spouse’s Income Amount” to ensure that only a joint applicant’s spousal income is being included in these fields and not all additional applicants. 

Update to the Texas State build to add new form, Texas Correspondence Disclosure (TXCD.MSC), in the forms list for optional use. 

Update to the programming of the Georgia Security Deed MERS (GA3011.MZD) to add a form feature to exempt the high cost verbiage for Federal and state-chartered banks. 

Update to the programming of the Pennsylvania Acknowledgment (PA.ACK), Pennsylvania Acknowledgment (with RON Language) (PARON.ACK), and Pennsylvania Assignment of Mortgage (PA.AOM) in the "Certificate of Residence of Mortgagee" section to add an option for soft font signature for the mortgagee's representative.  

Update to the programming of the Virginia Notary Pages (VA.ACK, VA.JRT, VARON.ACK, VARON.JRT) to move up the placement of the notary seal label in the certificates.
