Add configuration to use customer passed front end and back end DTI instead of DocMagic calculated DTI in all cases. 

New audit added for Destiny LOS users to fire as a warning when providing charges or fees with an incorrect Fee Type in the MISMO data.  This incorrectly causes fees other than a Loan Origination or Loan Discount Points to use those fee codes in DocMagic, incorrectly identifying fees in our system.  Audit will alert the user to the need to correct fee mappings in their LOS so that charges and fees are provided with the correct type. 

Update to the programming if the New Jersey Initial Tax Authorization Notice (NJITAN.MSC) to add the borrower selection logic for a copy of the form to print for every two borrowers (first form - bwr 1 and 2, next form - bwr 3 and 4, etc.)

Update to the programming of the Statement of Credit Denial - State Versions for each borrower to receive their own separate copy, instead of joint borrowers receiving a single joint copy. (ARSOCDCS.MSC, CASOCDCS.MSC, CTSOCDCS..MSC, MASOCDCS.MSC)

The Texas A6 analysis must be turned on in specific plans that can be used for A6 loans.  Update will turn on the Texas A6 analysis to the DocMagic standard TX HELOC plan, DSI_TXHELOC.
