Update to revised Uniform Residential Loan Application selection logic to include indicator for URLA Type = "Effective2021", in addition to possible enumerations of "Effective2020" and "Effective2019".  

Update to the inventory file for the Borrower's Certification and Authorization (TDC.LSR) and the Request for Tax Transcript (4506T.MSC) to allow the user to specify on a transaction basis whether these forms should be ink signed or click signed.

Release of additional inventory logic update to support the automatic selection of electronic note versions of standard DocMagic notes, when an eNote is requested by the user.

State-specific AKA forms will no longer return in standard packages.  The Signature Affidavit and AKA Statement (Form ID: AKA.LSR) was recently updated to dynamically append the relevant state's notary certificate so that individual state-specific versions of the form are no longer required and will be removed from existing logic.  Additionally, SAAKAS.MSC will return, with a dynamic notary, for any closing package that includes an electronic signature request, eNote or eNotary. 

Update to notary-applicable documents to support automatic configuration for electronic closings if requested in the worksheet process request for a closing package. 

Update to the FNMA Points and Fees test to disallow all prepayment penalties, not just those that exceed 2% under Section 32 test.    

Update to selection logic for the Borrower's Certification and Authorization (Form ID: TDC.LSR) to provide one per non-joint borrower and one per joint borrower pair.    

Update to the programming to check the box in Section 7 on page 2 of the New York Interest Rate Lock Commitment (NYIRLC.MSC) based on when the loan is a rescindable transaction. 

Addition of new Document Type= Renovation Loan Rider applicable to Renovation Loan Rider to Security Instrument (Form ID: US3732.RID).  After update when the Renovation Loan Rider to Security Instrument returns with a mortgage, the mortgage will refer to the rider as "Renovation Loan Rider".   

Update to selection logic for returning the 2020 URLA in packages for testing in production.  Current selection includes logic based on original published effective dates that would return the 2020 URLA as of February 1, 2020 if no indicator was provided to select either the Revised 2009 version or the 2020 version.  Updated logic requires the indicator for the 2020 URLA be provided in order to include it in a package without regard to the application date to facilitate client testing.
