New audit to check for eligibility of the product when attempting to generate an eNote. Products not eligible for eNote include: construction loans, New York CEMAs, Texas 50(a)(6) loans, Homestyle Renovation loans, loans to trusts, loans on properties in Puerto Rico.
Update to display of the loan amortization and features information on the URLA Lender Loan Information form (URLALLI.MSC) for HELOCs. Currently the URLALLI Loan Features section does not display the interest only features or adjustable rate change information of a HELOC. Limited to DocMagic standard HELOC Plan codes.
Update to the fatal audit for states where DocMagic RON may be used to add Kansas and Rhode Island as now requiring approval of the provider. Once approval is obtained, states will be removed from the audit.
Update to the programming logic used for completing Proposed Housing Expense on the URLA Lender Loan Information (URLALLI.MSC) to allow for totaling of repeated Housing Expense Types, if provided. For example, if multiple Housing Expense Types of Real Estate Taxes are provided, total all and display the total for Real Estate Taxes rather than only the first item provided.

Replacement of the Construction Loan Addendum Amending the Note for Veterans Affairs Construction-to-Permanent Loans. New document reflects changes to the payments during the construction phase to reflect no payments by the veteran during the construction phase in accordance with VA requirements.
