As of August 1, 2025, the State of Arkansas removed the requirement to supply the borrower's Social Security Number on the Adverse Action Notices. As such, DocMagic has removed the Arkansas Statement of Credit Denial, Termination, or Change AND Notice of Action Taken, Statement of Reasons and Counteroffer to meet this requirement. The multistate version will now be retuned in the state of Arkansas.

Created a new second lien eNote for Vermont (VTSEC.NOT). Besides the footer information, the only difference from US version is the “Notice to Co-Signer” on last page if using a co-signer.

Update to the programming of the IVES Request for Transcript of Tax Return Selection Logic (4506C.MSC) Selection Logic to assign the correct borrower number to each instance of the 4506C form. The borrower number should match to the borrower whose name appears on the form itself. The tax party transcript info assigns a borrower ID for each transcript request that should correspond to that name and ID.

Update to the programming of Flood Hazard Determination (FHD.MSC), Montana Lock-In Agreement (MTLIA.MSC), and Rate Lock Agreement/Disclosure Form (RLADF.MSC) to add Co-Signor to the forms.
