Updated the exemption threshold from $33,500 (2025) to $34,200 (2026) used with form DRRCA.MSC. This is an annual adjustment effective January 1, 2026. Loan amounts equal to or less than threshold are exempt.

Update to the programming of the Vermont Permissible Fees Audit to allow for discount points if they are bonafide when paid to Lender. The audit should fire if the discount points are non-bonafide when paid to Lender.
