DocMagic is in the process of updating applicable ARM notes and riders based on changes announced by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac related to the addition of fallback language and a lifetime floor.  To view additional information regarding the update, click here.

As previously announced, DocMagic has been working diligently to support the redesigned Uniform Residential Loan Application (“URLA”) and related forms.   These updates have included new data mappings, new data points in our system, new calculations, updates to our user interfaces such as DocMagic Online, and implementation of the forms.

DocMagic is making an update to how our form titles are displayed in certain systems to ensure form titles are displayed in Title Case.  Title case generally means that material words are capitalized but not words such as “of” or “the”, or “to” in the case of the title to this article.
