Update Trust Rider to Include Trust Date with Name

Updating trust riders to automatically include the trust established date with the trust name when using party/role data with discrete data points about your trust entity.  This resolves a need for the user to include the date with the name when using this data set.   Note - users of our legacy data model for trust entities would still need to include the date with the trust name.
